Number 1 Source of Free Traffic that Converts

The number 1 source of free traffic that converts is available to anyone who is willing to put in some consistent and persistent effort.

It’s easy to get free traffic that makes the stats jump up, but free traffic by itself isn’t what we all need. When we get hits, we want them to be able to convert – ie – turn into sales that make us money.

(Hint: for a ton of free traffic that will help your stats, jump over and visit www.textraffic.com and follow the directions.  That will bring you a lot of traffic once you get it set up, and you won’t have to babysit it.)

Create a Reason

But if you want free traffic that converts, you know, real hits that come from people looking for what you have to offer, you need to create a reason for them to come.

That’s where the number 1 source of free traffic that converts comes in – it is a real thing, and once you know about it and even more important, start using it, you will start seeing the money. (Remember – “Show me the money!”)

Two Part System

There are two parts to getting these hits coming in.  Those are:

  1. Social Media – and –
  2. Blogging.

It’s not absolutely necessary to look at them in this order, but this really is the order in which they work.  You can put a lot of time and effort into creating a great blog, but if nobody knows about it, it won’t help you get that free traffic, let alone traffic that converts.

Start!

So, start you project, after you have your niche selected, by getting your relevant social media sites set up. The two most important ones for a number of years have been Facebook and Twitter. With the increasing popularity of the video blog, or “vlog,” Youtube has also become very important.

Once you begin to develop a following on your social media accounts, it’s time to get started on your blog. Blogging, writing about anything related to your niche (relevance).

Post often

Try to spend time writing every day, so that you can post a new article at least once a week. The more high quality and relevant articles you post, the more likely it is that people will start to visit your blog for the interesting material and the more likely it is that they will buy something from you.

It’s therefore really important to share the link to your new posts each time you make a post. It’s also really important to keep building your social media following by visiting and reading other people’s posts and liking and commenting on them.

Visit and comment on other people’s posts

Be certain to leave comments that are positive, uplifting, and encouraging on other people’s posts. Negative or irrelevant comments will really hurt you, so if you haven’t anything good to say, it’s better not to say anything.  Just leave a like or thumbs up, or if it’s really not someone you want following you, just click away. Never do anything that could possibly arouse negative emotions.  It’s a lot harder to fix hard feelings than it is to create them in the first place!

Look for new ideas

Always keep looking for new ideas for your blog. The more interesting and compelling they are, the more likely it is that people will come back for me, and hopefully, subscribe, so they get your newsletters, too.

Free traffic is gold

Free traffic that converts is real gold, so do an excellent job and keep working hard to make it even better.

How about you? Do you have a good source of free traffic that converts? Please tell us about it in the comments, and be sure to leave your link!
